Research On Highway Construction Material Management Based On Internet Concept

In order to reduce the project cost of construction enterprises,improve the quality of the project under the condition of guaranteeing the time limit,and improve the work efficiency of enterprises through optimizing allocation and perfect management,so as to enhance the market competition ability of enterprises.According to the concept of "Internet plus",established the construction material management system of highway,the highway engineering project construction process of reinforced concrete,and other key materials for application and approval,verification and collection,plan and the actual consumption management and analysis.Firstly,through the study of construction materials management mode,characteristics of material management of highway construction project is analyzed,existing problems and development trend of material management of research projects,research materials management problems and the formation of construction project material management theory.Secondly,the feasibility and feasibility of the construction materials management system are analyzed and demonstrated.The requirements analysis,functional analysis,business process analysis,and the necessity of building materials management system are discussed.Then,C# speech is used to compile the material management system of highway construction project.The material management system can generate project of reinforced concrete and other materials inventory inquiries,inventory query table,convenient query project material inventory allowance;can generate the total required plan and monthly construction plan,material use,material excess recipients,material verification information and other data,then in quantity and material consumption in the construction process of query and the verification can be generated;project material usage analysis,project receiving materials and consumption statistics,project analysis report of concrete raw materials,use of materials to facilitate the analysis and query in the process of construction can be generated;the project has been completed,cost analysis,through the analysis of the quantity difference,the finished project plans and materials consumption analysis,easy to find large quantity difference job number,identified and corrected in a timely manner.At last,the paper takes Wu Liu expressway as a typical case to collect and analyze the material data and report forms of the project.Through the analysis of the operation situation of the project from March 2015 to now,the loss of various main materials has been reduced in different amounts,and the amount of recycled materials can reach 10% ~ 30% of the total amount.The results show that the highway construction project management through the management system,to ensure the project quality and progress at the same time,reduce project cost,improve the efficiency of enterprises,enhance the enterprise market competition ability.
