Research And Development Of Material Drive And Identification System In The Production Process Of Packaging Material

With the rise of the concept of intelligent manufacturing and the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology,the information construction of manufacturing industry is particularly urgent.For manufacturing,the essence of production is the flow of materials on the production line.Therefore,material management on the production line has gradually become an important part of enterprise information construction.Based on the application research and development requirements of the intelligent production line of soft package materials,this project has designed and developed a material identification and material drive system related to the production requirements of soft package materials after fully researching the material management requirements of the production process.Get a successful application and realized the transformation of enterprise material management from extensive to refined.According to the characteristics of materials and processes on the production line of soft pack enterprises,a set of material and product identification system has been designed and developed to ensure that the unique identifiability of each roll of materials and products in the production process will be based on the one-dimensional under the B/S structure.Barcode label output and reading functions are applied to the system.For the soft bag production,researched and developed the complete closed-loop flow of material on the production site based on raw material storage,material initiation,precision distribution,material confirmation,material output,bar code printing,semi-finished products,finished product storage,and finished product delivery.The management mechanism,business logic and data system realize the fine management of the materials in the production site system(MES),warehouse system(WMS)and enterprise resource planning system(ERP).Identify real-time tracking and traceability of material information.Has designed the process,database and communication for material management business functions involved in different systems in the printing enterprise,and finished the interworking mechanism of material management information between systems.
