The ocean engineering product construction is the priority development industry of China's shipbuilding enterprises,and production material management is an essential part for the field of ocean engineering project management.However,the level of production material management in China's shipbuilding industry is still unable to satisfy the demand of the construction of complex ocean equipment.To satisfy the demand of high quality of ocean engineering in production process,it is necessary to achieve accurate traceability of production materials.Meanwhile,for improving the production efficiency of ocean engineering,it is essential to realize the autonomous decision-making oriented to the process of purchasing-warehousing-distribution.This dissertation studies many issues starting from solving the problems arising from material management in the complex ocean equipment project,such as poor traceability and decision-making lag,and deeply studies the features of ocean equipment product and management mode of production materials,proposes a coding system for traceability management oriented to ocean equipment production materials,adopts the Multi-Agent System(MAS)technology to study the traceability method of production materials information,and designs an agent negotiation based autonomous decision-making method for production material management in the process of purchasing-warehousing-distribution.On this basis,a production material traceability management system oriented to the ocean equipment project is developed and deployed in marine enterprises.Regarding to the problem that the production materials traceability management mode of ocean equipment is need to be restructured based on the conventional ship,this dissertation studies the management demand for production materials of ocean equipment,and the business modeling of ocean equipment production material management is fulfilled then the business model and traceability data flow model of ocean equipment production material management are obtained.On this basis,a MAS-based ocean equipment production material management model is established.In view of the lack of suitable traceability-coding system for the production materials of ocean equipment products and combined with the traceability management needs of ocean equipment production materials,the concept of production materials coding information unit(Material Encoding Information Unit,MIU)is proposed.Coding information for production material traceability management is classified,and a MIU attribute-relational binary structure oriented to traceability management is designed.On this basis,the MIU coding rules oriented to traceability of production materials is presented and the MIU models of data storage and correlation are established,at last,the design and construction of the information system of ocean equipment production material traceability is accomplishedAiming at the traceability issues of high accuracy requirements,narrow scope of application,and large amount of data,based on the traceability coding system of production materials,the MIU based mathematic models oriented to construction of materials traceability are established,additionally,the MIU based data analysis mechanism and information mapping mechanism of production materials,production materials traceability method based on MAS cooperation are proposed.Through the comparisons of case study,the traceability method that this dissertation studies have advantages of higher accuracy,wider range of application and better data processing ability than any existing methods that used enterprise.Concerning the problem of lagging management of decision-making and inefficient management on the production materials of ocean equipment products,the Agent negotiation technology is adopted.The issue of decision-making requirements of different issues such as purchasing,warehousing and distribution is studied,moreover,a multi Agent Bayesian self-learning negotiation decision-making method for production materials purchasing management and a multi Agent fuzzy evaluation negotiation decision method for production material storage and distribution management are proposed respectively.The efficiency analysis and verification of decision-making methods is conducted with some cases.The analysis shows that the decision-making method of various production materials management proposed in this paper is feasible and effective in practical application.At last,based the above research results,the ocean engineering materials management system(OE-MMS)is realized and verified in an enterprise of CSSC,which the application evaluation of the research results is obtained in actual scene of enterprise.
