As domestic economic development needs,the requirement of railway transportation become very high,at the same time of new railway,in revamping/expansion of existing railway speed has become a trend.In expanding line or speed improvement scheme,inevitably introduced more conflict,the most obvious is the construction process of the serious influence to the railway transport,leading to more economic loss and waste of resources.Therefore,you must design a more optimized retrofit scheme,can maximum reduce losses by modification.Currently,known from the literature and practice,for improving existing lines,the most successful construction scheme is horizontal displacement method,namely through the way of construction of transverse beam,the construction process of transfer,then reduce the impact on construction line.This kind of construction method in terms of cost,facilities and operation show more obvious advantages.Artificial transverse beam is simple to understand which puts the girder in advance to the location of the installation structure,mainly by artificial with necessary pushing device,large volume of beam body lateral movement in place of the technology.Because of its simple,easy to operate,stable working process,environment broad used,etc,in the domestic civil engineering construction,are widely used,the research and development of the technology have a larger breakthrough.This paper,taking Beijing railway administration at 04:38 stone too revamping/expansion of railway engineering as an example,based on both artificial stone too railway from its 20 bridge transverse beam construction process analysis,introduces the concrete application of the technology and advantage.Thesis first introduces the existing artificial stone too railway from its 20 bridge transverse beam profile and background,then from beam construction each stage of construction schemes for each beam was introduced in detail the construction process,through the universal support system of bar beam,roof beam supporting system,synchronous mobile system of PLC system,beam,beam on power systems,such as plasma cutting system and the choice of bearing installation,quality assurance measures,safety guarantee measures and emergency plans etc aspects,analyses in detail the technology and matters needing attention of the entire application process.And then expounds the technical reform in existing railway market advantages and broad application prospects.The advantages of the artificial transverse beam technology embodied in the following aspects: first,can effectively reduce the construction disturbance to the line oftransport;Second,the construction of the facilities are relatively simple and the cost of construction is low;Thirdly,for the advantage of a particular area,such as the lack of facilities of large beam scene.As the existing railway lines renovation market to further expand,artificial transverse beam technology will further improve,also will be more broad applied prospects.
