Zhang Yunchuang, previous Party Secretary of Hebei Province, proposed in the Third Plenary Session of the Seventh Meeting of Hebei Province,“Tofurther accelerate the urbanization process,” and “strive each year a big leap with bigchanges within three years to improve the outlook of the province remarkably.” Under theguidance of “maintaining the second industry and focusing on the development ofthe third industry,” many industrial enterprises have left from urban area and lots ofIndustrial Heritages are have been removed and reconstructed. In the post industrial age, many countries have adopted the transformation and reuseof Industrial Heritages. On one hand, it can relieve the pressure of the urban expansionwith huge economic value. After the architects andartists transformed these industrial heritages, they can not only keep the city’s historicalheritage, continue the historical context of urban development, form a cultural bearer, butalso build a new aesthetic form on the basis of the original aesthetic.
