The problem of railway injuries has been a thorny problem in the railway department.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the damage causes and influence factors, formulated the Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Railway part of heavy haul railway rail parts damage survey scheme, and collect the curve rail damage curve, wear, damage and other related pieces of switch rail data.Through a detailed analysis of the statistical data on the basis of the relevant laws, find out the wear of rail rail parts damage, and put forward relevant measures and suggestions for reducing damage reduction.According to the survey data of curve rail damage, the distribution of damage type, injury location and damage degree under different radius of curve is analyzed.Based on the above analysis results, from the perspective of the use of curvilinear rail flaw detector, the judgement of injury and the two reexamination of suspected injury, this paper puts forward some suggestions for rail flaw detection in curve section.According to the survey data of the wear curve, analyzes the rail side different curve radius and different outer rail superelevation slope ratio, different rail material wear characteristics.Combined with the above analysis results,it is proposed that the reduction measures are given from the angle of the slope, the material of the rail and the other measures for reducing the grinding.According to the investigation data of the rail damage of the turnout, the types of the turnout damage, the location of the damage and the degree of the injury are emphatically analyzed.Through the above analysis, the turnout inspection work, put forward some relevant suggestions from the frog tongue inspection, testing, basic rail flaw detection.
