In recent years,along with the expansion of our domestic wind turbines installed scale,the problem of fan base which is the main load-bearing components emerged gradually.At present,the largest number of foundation form in inland fan is the type of machine based ring,whose problem is the most.Our fan service life is only 20 years,but there are some the innormal operation of the wind turbine foundation in the practical engineering which is caused by fatigue damage,and some serious problems fan must be demolished and rebuilded,which resulted in great economic losses.In our country it is not perfect for the detection method the fatigue damage mechanism and study on the design method of the wind turbine foundation fatigue damage.Therefore,the wind turbine foundation ring horizontal measurement methods and criterion was put forward in the article through the analysis of a large amount of measured data and theoretical calculation,and for the serious tilt fan it is proposed to the correction scheme of foundation ring and the strengthening method in the later period.There are as follows in the main achievements of this thesis:(1)directed against wind-induced fatigue damage of the fan base,it can only reflect the single wind turbine foundation the fatigue damage of by the existing detection methods.Therefore,it is put forward a comprehensive reflect the degree of fatigue damage detection method of wind turbine foundation which is the foundation of fan ring water flatness measurement method.At the same time,based on the wind turbine foundation based design and statistical analysis of the installation specifications and a large amount of measured data of fan unit,it is puts forward the criterion of the foundation ring level: it belongs to the normal operating range if the foundation of fan ring horizontal deviation is less than 5mm;it should be suitably reinforced if the level deviation is between 5mm to 0.002D;if the horizontal deviation is greater than 0.002 Dmm,the correction and reinforcement should be carried out.It provides a reference for the correction and reinforcement of the domestic problem fan.(2)through the study of the only 4 sets seriously inclined fan site rectification case,it was brought forward for the correction scheme of foundation ring and the calculation method of top lift.It is worth noting that,in view of the reasons of 10# wind turbine foundation rectification failure,it should avoid adverse disturbance to the wind the machine base in before the start of the work of the rectification,and try to keep the original state of the fan.(3)it should adopt to different reinforcement schemes according to the different degreesof fatigue damage.Based on a practical problem of wind turbine foundation reinforcement,it is expounded for two kinds of wind turbine foundation reinforcement scheme widely used at present.At the same time,through the regular and extended monitoring of wind turbine foundation after a rectification and reinforcement,it verifies the feasibility and the effectiveness of the method,and provides a reference for practical engineering applications.
