The Research Of Jet-Grouting In Reinforcement And Deviation Rectification Of Sluice Gate Foundation

A large quantity sluice gates were built in our country last century. Most of them were located on the soft ground. Under the restrict of the technique level and construction ability of time, the Sluice Gate foundation didn' t have any special treatment or weren' t handled properly. So it lead to the result of serious foundation decline or sloped to one side. The jet-grouting can spout the cement syrup by high pressure and mix in course to form the solid knot body. So that it can attain the purpose of the foundation strengthen. On the other hand, it can accelerate the decline to rectify the foundation by incising the soil body. The jet-grouting has little effect to the sluice gate upper part structure. And it has the advantage of construct convenient and safe, control easy and the engineering builds the price low. It has obviously superiority to reinforce and rectify the sluicegate foundation. It has the extensive spread value. The jet-grouting is used for deviation rectification of the water resources project foundation first time still.In this paper, the jet-grouting technique in reinforcement and deviation rectification of sluicegate foundation is studied systematically and comprehensively. The main contents are as follows:(1) Introduce the jet-grouting technique systematically. Sum up the one whole set of integrity of design, construction and the examination method of jet-grouting in reinforcement by the theories analysis and combining the engineering fulfillment.(2) Combining the example of engineering, analyze and sum up construction important point of jet-grouting in reinforcement of sluice gate foundation and relevant of processing measure.(3) Analyze the principle of jet-grouting in deviation rectification of sluice Gate. Elaborate the possibility and the characteristics of this deviation rectification method.(4) Put forward the one whole set of design, construction and the examination method of jet-grouting in deviation rectification by the theories analysis and combining the data that engineering actually measure.
