At present,with the rapid development of modern society,buildings have skyscrapers everywhere,then resulting to many problems of construction accident,the soft soil ground tilt of the building is one of relatively common problem in engineering construction,scientific and reasonable way to solve this kind of problem has important theoretical significance and economic value,based on the analysis of the research on the basis of soft soil foundation treatment technology at home and abroad,aiming at a Beijing high-rise slope engineering,analyzes the characteristics of the soft soil in the region,analyzes the various causes of building tilt,targeted put forward the corresponding rectifying method,and gives a design method of rectifying reinforcement and design calculation of main parameter values,and correction of the whole construction process.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:this paper mainly studies the following aspects:In this paper,a comprehensive analysis of the reasons for this building tilt is carried out,and making a concrete analysis of the feasibility for rectifying deviation method,selecting the stress relief method for rectification finally,Which side of a large amount of settlement in foundation reinforcement,settlement side of small amount of digging the landing,thereby decreasing settlement and tilt rate decreased.Through the analysis of the stress relief method,designing the size,position,range and distance of the soil.Monitoring of settlement and inclination in the process of rectification,and combining theoretical calculation of deviation correction and amount of soil excavation,to deal with possible problems.In this project,the grouting method and lime pile method are selected to carry out the foundation reinforcement test,selecting low pressure grouting method and lime pile method to carry out the load test on the foundation soil according to the experimental phenomena,constructing load characteristic,analyzing and calculating the characteristic value of the bearing capacity of foundation soil,the result meeting the design requirements of 160 KPa,and selecting and designing the grouting pressure,the position and the depth of the hole,the grouting quantity and the diameter of the steel pipe for this project by comparing and analyzing the curve of the settlement with the load change,on the basis of the grouting method.Making an adjustment of the mix proportion for limepile,and designing the diameter and the hole position of the lime pile reasonable on the basis of the lime pile method.According to the reinforcement range of steel pipe pile,the numerical analysis method is used to optimize the length,diameter,spacing and effective wall thickness of the steel pipe pile,so that the bearing capacity of the steel pipe pile meets the design requirements.The bearing capacity of the 300 mm wide floor part of the south side courtyard is insufficient,and the punching shear strength of the bottom plate meets thedesign requirements after the additional steel pipe pile is optimized.It is difficult for rectification and reinforcement in building construction,any mistake can cause huge economic losses,not only unable to complete the return of the building,but also make too large building tilts.Theoretical analysis of the project before construction and Summary of practical engineering experience is necessary.Safe and effective,reasonable and economic of the rectification for sloping buildings have great social benefits.In this paper,the deviation rate of the building is reduced from 7.18 to 3per thousand,and the settlement is less than 0.01 mm per day after foundation reinforcement,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
