Wind turbine foundation stress distribution is complex.The effect of wind load transfer to the base and it comes into being a huge bending moment.In the whole structure of the wind turbine,the wind turbine tower contact with the concrete foundation by base ring made of steel.Based ring as a key part of the foundation,external load transfer to the base and it forms the large bending moment,through the base ring the moment passed to the base,So the bearing capacity of foundation ring is very important to the safe operation of the fan.Firstly,through the ABAQUS program this paper set up based ring local drawing model,after a lot of simulation analysis and comparing result of the finite element calculation with experiment data,as a result,the finite element calculation results are in good conformity with the experimental data,after that make the whole model into calculate.discusses the embedded depth of foundation ring,shear key,the base ring flange width,perforated steel and other factors on the bearing character of the base ring.So that we can get know the location of the stress concentration in the wind turbine foundation,and the distribution of stress.Secondly,considered the effect of local compression of concrete and extract the stress of the foundation concrete.The side wall concrete bending moment and the lower flange concrete offers to bending moment was calculated respectively.The results showed that the resistance moment of the flange concrete between 70% and 80%,side wall concrete provide resistance to bending moment between 3.03% and 9.11%.Increasing the depth of the foundation ring and the width of the lower flange are helpful to alleviate the local stress concentration in the foundation.Finally,combined with finite element calculation results,and combined with engineering examples,fixed base ring and the calculation method of flexural bearing capacity to improve the fan foundation design.
