Study On Toll Dividing For Networked Toll-collection Of Expressway

With the rapid development of China's highways, expressway networking charge have been carried out by most provinces. It brings the problem of toll dividing which are evident day by day. To solve the problem fairly and to promote the implementation of expressway networking charge, this paper, studies how to allocate toll among different owners of expressways, and gives theoretical basis for expressway networking charge centre to divide toll.Firstly,the paper analyzes the significances of studying expressway routes recognition theories;explains the theories of expressway routes recogniton, introduces kinds of expressway routes recognition techniques; compares them carefully and evaluated theirs advantages and disadvantages, analyzes the relative factors of selecting of routes recognition techniques. Secondly,introduces kinds of allocating toll techniques, compares them carefully and evaluated theirs advantages and disadvantages. Finally, aiming at the present condition of He Nan province, the paper attempts to put forward the method of expressway routes recognition base on the probabilistic analysis and put forward He Nan provincial expressway networking's method about dividing toll.
