In 2014,the state issued the latest emission standards,the standard requirements of soot emissions concentration of not more than 10mg/m~3.This standard,the dust emissions from the previous 30mg/m~3 reduced to 10mg/m~3,so it's need for power plant dust emissions transformation.In this paper,600MW boiler unit of a power plant as the object,through the investigation found that the current operation of the unit there is high smoke temperature,chimney dust concentration,and Gas-gas Heater leakage caused by high sulfide emissions phenomenon.Combined with the operation of low temperature economizer at home and abroad,summed up the low temperature economizer can reduce dust emissions,reduce the exhaust temperature,reduce the unit coal consumption and other advantages,while low temperature economizer supporting MGGH(Mitsubishi recirculated nonleak type gas-gas heater)can be a good solution to the original GGH leak problem.To the laboratory burning five different coal quality,measurement of different coal under the fly ash than the resistance and found that reducing the electrostatic precipitator imports of smoke can significantly reduce the fly ash than the resistance,thereby enhancing the efficiency of ESP.By comparing the installation position of different low temperature economizer and the different low temperature economizer system,the advantages and disadvantages of different ways are analyzed synthetically,and finally the optimized scheme is selected.After introducing the system in a low temperature economizer of a power plant,the dust emission concentration of the chimney was reduced to below 5mg/m~3 before and after the transformation and analysis,and the power consumption of the fan was basically unchanged before and after the transformation.To achieve a low emission at the same time,the unit coal consumption has also been reduced to achieve energy efficiency.Finally,using the conventional thermal equilibrium calculation method,the average saving standard coal is calculated to be about1.46 g/kWh.The low temperature economizer studied in this paper reduces the dust concentration and reduces the coal consumption of the unit,and provides some theoretical and data support for the ultra low emission transformation of the same type of unit in China.
