| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the process of industrialization and urbanization is accelerating ceaselessly,the present situation of the ecological environment and the growth of the sustained economic have been demonstrated bigger and biggercontradiction.Global warming,air pollution,haze and other extreme weather are threatening people’s production and living actuality,more and more people pay more and more attention to environmental problems.Energy saving and emission reduction is an effective way to deal with the current serious environmental problems and extreme climate problems,this is widely recognized by the international and domestic governments,and actively seek an effective way to achieve all aspects of energy-saving emission reduction targets.This paper is guided by the theories of regional economics,environmental economics,system dynamics,energy saving and emission reduction.The energy saving and emission reduction system in the area of concern,the difficult area,the challenge area and the ideal region is simulated.In this paper,the problem of energy saving and emission reduction is analyzed and studied from the viewpoint of system dynamics,China is divided into four different regional types according to the standard of per capita GDP and per capita carbon emissions.And we take these four areas as the research object,regional energy conservation as a breakthrough point,the SD model of regional energy saving and emission reduction system was constructed from the macro level.After taking full account of the relationship between the various factors,based on the existing data and the qualitative relationship between the variables,the quantitative relationship between them is constructed by equations.Finally,Four different types of regional energy saving and emission reduction system are simulated,and the simulation results are analyzed to forecast whether we can complete the energy saving targets and emission reduction tasks.And put forward a series of suggestions for energy saving and emission reduction. |
