Dongguan City Guancheng District Of 10kV Distribution System Reliability Research

With the rapid development of China's market economy and the continuous improvement of people's living quality,the demand for power quality is getting higher and higher.The modern society is a society which is highly dependent on the electric power,the interruption of power supply will not only cause the economic loss of social production,but also disturb the order of people's life.The sensitivity of the people to the power supply is also increasing,and the power supply reliability directly affects the people's satisfaction with the power supply enterprise.The distribution system is connected with users directly,affect the reliability of the user,according to statistics,more than 80% users blackouts are caused by the fault in the power distribution system,the status of power supply reliability in the production and management work is becoming more and more important.The situation of power supply reliability in a region directly affects the image of public service in the region.Guancheng district is located in the center zone in Dongguan City,which is also the old Dongguan City,has lots of important power consumers,the requirements of the power supply reliability is very high.This paper firstly gives a brief introduction on current situation and development about distribution power supply reliability at home and abroad,and then the power supply reliability of distribution network theory are briefly introduced.It Mainly analysis the distribution facilities,power network structure,technology and management level in Guancheng district.Acorrding to Guancheng district's practical datas in the years of 2013 to 2015,this paper analyzes various factors to the power supply reliability,makes a historical evaluation of power supply reliability in Guancheng district.In addition,according to the practical situation about the grid,it proposes management and technical measures to increase the distribution power reliability.This paper also discusses how the reliability turn out by using Power Supply Sections,distribution automation technology,Cable condition maintenance technology,it provides guidelines for the distribution network development in Guancheng district and even the whole center districts in Dongguan city.
