The distribution network belongs to part of the power system,which mainly serves for users.According to the statistics,the majority of users suffered blackouts phenomenon because of the distribution network problems,now the urban and rural electric is becoming more and more popular,and the demand of the distribution network is more and more high,therefore,State Grid Power Company now focuses on the development of the distribution network.This paper takes Laiwu city distribution network as the research object,firstly,the current situation of Laiwu city distribution network is introduced,according to which a kind of common used power supply reliability index calculation method is selected,namely,failure mode and effect analysis method(FMEA method),thus obtaining each power supply reliability index value of Laiwu city distribution network.In order to comprehensively reflect the power supply reliability of Laiwu urban distribution network,each index is made being dimensionless by realizing degree,and the positive and negative correlation of reliability index is distinguished,and the importance of each index is judged by experts consultation,and the judge matrix is built by using AHP,and the weight of each index is obtained by calculation.The realizing degree of each index is obtained by target method,and then the comprehensive score is obtained through the fusion of the weight value and the realizing degree by using weighted linear sum method,thus finding such problems of Laiwu urban distribution network as line sectionalizing,contact rate,load transfer,equipment reliability by comprehensive score of power supply reliability of Laiwu power supply and the current situation of distribution network,and the strategy of improving the power supply reliability of Laiwu urban distribution network is proposed according the existing problem.The achievement of this paper is used to guide the construction and transformation of Laiwu urban distribution network from 2017 to 2020,adjust the urban power network structure scientifically and reasonably,analyze the development trend of Laiwu electric power objectively and exactly,and determine the reasonable distribution construction standard,engineering amount and investment amount of construction and transformation.And also be used to improve the device level and technology content of Laiwu urban distribution network,improve the power supply ability and reliability,making it satisfy the increasing demand of various power load,guaranteeing the development of Laiwu economy,high quality electricity of resident,and providing scientific basis for investment and decision of company.
