| Medium-voltage distribution network is an important part of the power system,and its power supply reliability has an important impact on the stability of the development of the power industry,especially the 10 kV distribution network power supply reliability is directly related to the reliability,stability and security of users.However,compared with the development of power generation industry and transmission industry,the construction process of distribution network is relatively slow.However,with the continuous increase of social electricity consumption,the load of distribution network continues to increase,which greatly increases the probability of high load rate of distribution lines,and then easy to cause regional blackouts,affecting distribution.The reliability of network power supply also limits the development of power supply enterprises.Therefore,how to effectively calculate,evaluate and enhance the reliability of distribution network is worth further discussion.Taking a 10 kV distribution network in a plain area of Hebei South Power Network as the research object,this paper analyzed the current situation of its power supply reliability from aspects of load and blackout accidents,clarified the necessity of improving its power supply reliability,then analyzed the meaning and calculation method of power supply reliability evaluation index and load point reliability index,and compared and analyzed the reliability water of different distribution network structures with examples.Ping,can provide reliable theoretical support and data support for subsequent power supply reliability analysis.Then,a calculation method of distribution network power supply reliability based on the minimum path method is proposed.The power supply reliability of a 10 kV distribution network in a plain area of southern Hebei power grid is calculated and evaluated.The results show that the farther the distance from the power point,the worse the reliability index corresponding to the load point,so it is the weak area of distribution network power supply reliability.Based on the distribution network transformation plan of the power supply enterprises in the southern Hebei power grid area,the power supply reliability of the distribution network with distributed generation is calculated and evaluated by the method of power supply reliability calculation and evaluation in this paper.The results show that the reliability of the local distribution network can be significantly improved by the application of distributed generation into the network,and the accuracy of the calculation results in the second section is verified.Finally,based on the reliability improvement strategy of life cycle management cost,some suggestions are put forward to improve the reliability of power supply in plain area of southern Hebei power grid.The reliability of power supply in this area before and after upgrading is compared and analyzed by Monte Carlo simulation method,which verifies the feasibility of the application of the proposed reliability improvement proposal. |
