The wave height measurement is one of the important parts in the hydraulics experiment.The successful development of the measurement system can achieve the real-time continuous measurement of the wave height,and can supply electricity by itself,which is of great significance for the development of the absorption wave theory and is helpful for solving the power supply and data transmission.From an economic point of view,the absorption wave generator can significantly improve the test results through merely adding less equipment investment.While the traditional wave generator needs to re-invest manpower and material resources to carry out a number of experiments because of the reliability problem.The increase of the number of experiments means that the period of solving problem increase accordingly,which is extremely detrimental to research and at the same time leads to increased costs.In short,wave height measurement is an important foundation for the development of absorption wave-making,which provides a reliable basis for wave-making machine about controlling wave motion.More importantly,it is very important to study the adaptive wave-making software about wave generator.In order to ensure the normal operation of the system,the research needs to be added power supply module besides the measurement module.In view of many factors such as wire maintenance and other factors this paper uses the way of wirelessly transmitting power and data.Oscillating water column wave energy conversion device,which is easy to installation and does not require adjustment after installation and work for a long time without wear and tear,is used as the power supply module.Based on the practicality of measuring system,this paper divides the complete system into three parts: gas chamber module of wave energy conversion device,wave height measurement module and power management module.The measurement device of wave height uses a new type of sensor,which indirectly reflects the water level through measuring the water resistance.The resistance value of water is very small,so the research adopts synchronous detection principle in order to get a small resistance signal from the interference signal detection.Through the principle analysis and feasibility analysis,the paper designs schematics and solders the circuit,finally debug the output value and plot the data.We can know from the data curve intuitively that the circuit output signal has a linear relationship with the liquid level,which verify the correctness of the design circuit and increase measurement accuracy and extend measurement range at the same time.In this paper,the design of power supply device,which is based on the oscillating water column wave energy conversion,uses fluid analysis method to analyze the impact of parameter changes on performance.It uses Renault time average equation and constructs two-dimensional model of the device basing on VOF model,which can simulate the effect about gas chamber structure parameters on the level of wave energy capture ability.This paper meanly focus on the influence of gas chamber width,the draft depth of front wall,the thickness of front wall,slope angle and other parameters.On this basis,it can select the main parameters that affect the performance of the gas chamber.Modeling and fluid analysis module use Gambit and Fluent software to complete.The study found that: based on the premise of the same argument wave motion,the thickness of front wall of the gas chamber can affect the wave energy conversion efficiency to a certain extent;the influence of gas chamber width on efficiency is not significant,but efficiency decreases when the width value increases;if front wall thickness becomes larger,efficiency will be reduced;when the draft depth of front wall is small efficiency is low;if slope angle is between 20 to 30 degrees higher efficiency,work efficiency will be higher;wave period has a great impact on efficiency;efficiency increases as time increases in short period and when the cycle becomes longer,the efficiency decreases.The power management module manages the converted power signals through the engine,rectifier,and the chip LTM8061 to support normal operation of the sensor measurement circuit.Power signal output from wind engine uses full-wave rectifier circuit for processing.Finally the signal is input to the LTM8061 to charge the lithium battery.Power signal after a series of processing can supply stable power to the wave height measurement circuit.Data adopts AD converters,microcontrollers and wireless modules to complete wireless transmission.The major modules which are indispensable together constitute a wave height measurement system to complete continuous real-time measurement.The research results have guiding value for the development of absorption wave-making.
