With the growing demand for salvage at sea,the establishment of an integrated training pool for water rescue has become an urgent need.The most important is the use of wave maker to simulate the waves in the training pool.The larger the wave height of the wave,and the higher the precision,the more the simulation difficulty increases.It is necessary to further study the adaptive control algorithm.In this paper,a new control algorithm based on Fuzzy Adaptive PID is proposed to solve the high precision control problem of wave height and period of large wave electric push plate wave maker.Firstly,the latest development of the theory of regular waves,the theory of irregular wave based on the typical P-M Spectrum and the wave absorbing principle for push plate wave maker were comprehensively analyzed.And the related calculation formulas were derived.Secondly,the working principle and system composition of the wave maker were introduced.And design parameters and performance parameters of the wave maker were calculated.And according to the system parameters of the wave maker,the dynamic model of the wave maker was established on the basis of the force.Thirdly,according to the composition of control system,the mathematical models were established,and the Fuzzy Adaptive PID controller was designed by using MATLAB.And the control algorithm based on Fuzzy Adaptive PID was obtained.Finally,the PID algorithm,the Fuzzy Adaptive PID algorithm,and the reflected wave algorithm based on the regular wave,and the typical P-M Spectrum irregular wave were simulated by using MATLAB.And the control accuracy of wave height and period was calculated and compared.The research results show that the control algorithm based on the Fuzzy Adaptive PID has achieved good control effect,and the error of wave height and period of the regular wave is less than 5%,which has met the high accuracy control requirement.And according to the simulation results of the typical P-M Spectrum irregular wave,the error of the significant wave height is less than 5%,and the high precision control requirement has been met.The research results of this paper have laid a theoretical foundation for the high precision control of electric push plate type wave maker based on large wave height.
