A Study On The Application Of National Cultural Characteristics In The Design Of Bed And Breakfasts

The rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in the world has brought great damage to the ecological environment,so that human beings perceive the uneasiness and fear of escaping from the nature,so they are eager to escape from the city cage,return to nature and return to the countryside.Rural tourism has been developed rapidly because of its ecological,natural and health characteristics,and it has become the best carrier for the urban residents ' quality and leisure vacation.As the inevitable product of the development of rural tourism,it has been paid close attention by experts and scholars both at home and abroad.In this culture-led economic era,the unique natural environment and rich national culture of Xijiang Miao village meet the psychological demand of the modern people,so the tourism industry of this area has been developed rapidly in recent years,but the present design situation of the residential area in this region does not match with its rich tourism resource condition,there are many problems to be solved urgently,typical.Therefore,the study selected Xijiang Miao village as a case study,based on the analysis of the national cultural characteristics such as residential buildings,national costumes and national beliefs in Xijiang Miao area,the paper points out the importance of national culture for the design of residential accommodation in view of the present situation of local tourist lodging places,and puts forward the principles and methods of the design of the regional residence in Xijiang Miao village.This paper gives some suggestions to the application of the national cultural resources and ecological resources of Xijiang Miao village in the design of residential accommodation.The first half of the thesis(chapters I to III)analyzes the present situation of the national culture characteristics and the current situation of residential development in Xijiang Miao village,as well as the current situation of domestic and foreign residential research,And puts forward the necessity of the application of the national cultural characteristics of Xijiang Miao village in the design of residential accommodation,as well as the deficiencies in the design.It provides the rationale and market basis for the design strategy and design suggestions;And the second half of the thesis(chapter ? to chapter ?)expounds the principles of the design of the Xijiang Miao village and the methods of design promotion.The design of Miao in Xijiang village should follow the principle of taking national culture as its core,experiencing feeling as soul,insisting on coexistence of tradition and livable,blending of old and new,and designing moderately.Five "emphasis" design optimization methods are proposed to solve the problems.The paper also puts forward some suggestions on how to apply the national cultural characteristics of Xijiang Miao village to the location of residential accommodation,space layout design,space decoration design,space color design,application design of space materials,interior furnishings design and interactive experience design.
