Interior Renovation Design Of Miao Village Home Stay In Xijiang

In recent years,the home stay industry,as one of the main forces to revitalize rural tourism,has received the attention of the government and the popularity of tourists,prompting more and more people to start investing in home stay,resulting in increasingly fierce competition in the home stay industry.At the same time,there are many problems in the development process of homestay,among which the indoor environment is the most prominent.The operators make use of their own preferences for non-professional design,which makes the indoor environment of homestay hotel in a bad state.Therefore,it has practical application significance for the indoor renovation and redesign of homestay.Located in qianhu miao village in qiandongnan autonomous prefecture,guizhou province,this project is a low-end homestay hotel named "yuangui",which was built five years ago."Far return" homestay,with its unique management concept,is favored by tourists for its unique architectural type and interior space of miao village,which are totally different from other types of hotels.However,there are some problems in the reasonable layout of interior functions,spatial organization mode and regional and ethnic characteristics of decoration style.Based on the original architectural structure,this paper carries out the renovation design of the remote homecoming hotel.Among them,miao village culture is the leading factor,ecological design is the concept,and the legend of the remote ancestor of the miao nationality"maple tree" is the space design theme.Combined with engineering technology,the interior renovation design of this project is carried out.Firstly,through the investigation of miao village culture,surrounding environment of the project,main consumer groups,original space layout and other aspects,the paper focuses on the analysis of the existing problems in the functional layout,scale and infrastructure of the interior space of the original homeroom.Secondly,according to the concept of keeping pace with The Times and characteristic building,the design is conceived on the basis of the original interior space.Finally,the design method of environmental beautification,reorganization and division of plane and space,and display of national characteristics is adopted to carry out program transformation,striving to reflect miao village’s strong and unique regional culture in space.The design focus of this project is to solve the problem of unreasonable original space and unprominent regional culture,and try to create an indoor environment that meets the consumer demand and reflects national characteristics.The design difficulty of this project lies in the combination of miao village culture and modern living comfort.In order to meet the functional requirements and reflect the resonance of humanistic spirit,miao village culture and modern aesthetics are combined to create a comfortable boutique hotel with unique regional culture.At the same time hope to provide some reference for the interior space renovation design of other homestay.
