CAE technology has been widely used in modern vehicle design, and the finite element analysis method is one of the widely used methods in CAE technology. The finite element method can be used in the calculation of deformation, stress analysis and dynamic analysis of various complex structures such as irregular geometry, load and support. In this paper,a truck frame of a company as the research object, using Hyper Works for the static and dynamic analysis of the structure calculation,in the frame under bending, torsion, bend, braking and condition analysis static analysis and modal verification requirements of frame design. On this basis, also used to optimize the frame topology optimization technology in finite element method, and the optimized frame for static and dynamic analysis, stiffness and modal performance check of the frame, the frame weight, material distribution more uniform.Has reached the purpose of cost saving and environmental protection. From the structural analysis and calculation results of the original frame of the truck, the static and dynamic characteristics of the frame meet the design requirements. From the optimization results slow that the frame after topology optimization, through the hole on the beam frame makes the weight, but the beam hole may cause stiffness caused by stress concentration value is too large, and the occurrence of fracture,so by changing the beam layout to reduce the stress concentration.Through the strength and modal checking of the optimized frame, the result shows that the optimized frames still meets the design requirements and achieves the purpose of lightweight. The analysis results from all the above calculation, finite element model is established in this paper is reasonable, the analysis process is correct, the optimization results can provide reference for the design of truck frame structure.
