Research On The Application Of BIM Technology In The Detailed Management Of Subway Construction Projects

With the rapid development of China's economy,the rapid expansion of the comprehensive scale of the city and the increasing urbanization rate have increased the number of people entering the city to work,live and study.Also appeared different degree of contradiction of traffic of the city,traffic jam phenomenon is very serious,in order to solve the problem of low efficiency of citizens to travel,travel,meet their traffic demand,the government began to invest a lot of money for the construction of subway project,thus the subway in the urban infrastructure construction in the role of the increasingly prominent and obvious.Because the subway construction project with large investment,large scale and long around,high risk,high technical requirements,professional and complex,in the process of construction of the management level and construction requirements of the participation units were also much higher than the general construction project.Under the social environment of the age of science and technology information,this paper proposes the management of project management by using BIM technology + third party management platform to refine management of subway projects.This article first to project the elaborating management and relevant theory of building information model has carried on the detailed summary analysis,and then on the basis of the theory of the qualitative analysis the feasibility of the project to make use of BIM technology of fine management,through the analysis it is concluded that the elaborating management project to make use of BIM technology feasible conclusion,finally puts forward using revit software BIM parameterized model is set up,and then combined with the third party management system set up by the construction unit,supervision unit and construction unit to participate in the project the elaborating management platform.In the platform building information model is first imported TOS system,in the TOS system construction unit,supervision unit and construction unit according to their respective duties and authority by uploading pictures,video,recording information about the quality of the project,such as safety,cost,progress,civilization construction to different degree of fine management.Finally also by introduction of the 13 metro line of Shanghai is implementing a subway project as an example,elaborated the participation units in the TOS system of their respective functions and operation process,from the current project application demonstrate the application effect in metro project management model.From the perspective of the application situation of the project,the research puts forward using BIM technology + fine management mode of the third party management platform can achieve construction stage information timely exchange and cooperation between the parties,enables each participation unit to timely access to the latest data and information on the construction site,to make decisions,to improve the efficiency and quality of management,guarantee the project quality and safety,and can meet the construction unit,supervision unit and construction unit of different management requirements.
