Enhance Research On Refinement Management Promotion Of JGJZ Enginieering Construction Project

With the change of the pattern of economic development in China,city level gradually increase and rising labor costs,the market competition in the construction industry will continue to increase,the construction enterprises of extensive management will be difficult to continue.As a source of construction enterprise profit source of construction projects,more and more attention caused by construction enterprises.How to improve the level of construction project management,do a good job in every bid project,establish a good social reputation,which makes its own growing,is the primary problem to every construction enterprise must be solved.Therefore,the construction project refinement management is increasingly concerned by construction enterprises,large construction enterprises have implemented fine management,in order to improve the economic benefits of the project,enhance the image of the enterprise.Most domestic experts and scholars have also studied the fine management of construction projects.Based on systematic analysis of the construction project management theory and management theory,combined with the JGJZ construction project management practice and author's engineering construction project management practice,the methods of literature research,empirical research method,interview method,on-the-spot investigation and in-depth study of JGJZ company,put forward the optimization measures of fine management the JGJZ project,and strive to improve the level of project management in power company.This paper is divided into six main parts: the first part is the introduction,this chapter puts forward the background and significance of the research on the fine management of the related literatures,and points out the technical route and research methods of this paper and the research,provides the basis for thesis writing.The second chapter is an overview of relevant theories,mainly on project management related theory,fine management and fine management theory of construction project are studied theoretically for this study provides a basis for.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of JGJZ construction project management,the main problems related to JGJZ construction project management status and project management are analyzed,a comprehensive analysis of the status quo,project management,and lay the foundation for the following research.The fourth part is the design of the fine management system of JGJZ project,this chapter first illustrates the goal and principle of the construction project and detailed management system,and further puts forward the optimization measures of material management,contract management,job cost accounting,the construction progress of fine management measures,construction cost management measures,construction safety fine management measures and other aspects of management measures and other aspects of the fine management measures.The fifth part is the JGJZ construction project fine management and security measures of the project safety,cost,schedule,contract management results are discussed,and on the basis of the above research,put forward a comprehensive set of fine management concepts and measures,straighten out the project within the information communication mechanism,improve the level of human resource management,the establishment of project target responsibility evaluation mechanism and other measures,to achieve fine management to ensure the project.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this study,summarizes the relevant results of this study,and points out the inadequacies of the paper.
