The Research Of Refinement Management For The Engineering Project Of JC Expressway

With the need for social and economic development, China’s infrastructure construction, especially the implementation of investment increasingly large-scale highway construction, traditional management philosophy is already difficult to keep up with the pace of highway development and refinement of management philosophy is to continuously improve the quality of social services, social inevitably require constant refinement of the division, has a significant impact on the project highway project in our country. From the fine management concept, the work on the highway projects were studied.In this paper, case study method, the JC highway construction as the research object, in-depth analysis of the status quo JC highway engineering refined management objectives and problems, and puts forward the highway project organization structure, cost control, quality control fine management, schedule management, control and security of the optimal path, trying to explore the highway construction projects to create a new road to success.
