| The purpose of humanized design is to advocate humanistic care,follow the user oriented functionalism theory in the process of design,simply "people-oriented",and the theory of ergonomics is the prerequisite for humanized design.Heavy truck usually refers to heavy loading truck and traction vehicle.It is a kind of engineering vehicle with high loading capacity.It is often used for large cargo transportation and long distance transportation.In recent years,with the heavy demand for heavy trucks in China and the technological level of domestic enterprises,the heavy truck made in China is also very popular in China.People’s demand for heavy truck cab is also rising.As an important part of heavy truck,the cab has more strict and standard design requirements.If we do not attach importance to humanized design,the driver may cause a certain problem in physiology or psychology to cause a safety accident.In the design,the key test is in line with the basic requirements of ergonomics.On this basis,the humanized optimization is carried out.This study will carry out humanized design research on heavy truck cab from four aspects.First,through field investigation and investigation of heavy truck cab,the classification of heavy truck,the composition of heavy truck cab,and the layout of different types of vehicle cab are introduced in detail,and its characteristic features are summarized,and the design ideas are provided for the follow-up design practice.Second,according to the basic principle of automobile ergonomics,the research problems that the heavy truck cab need to be considered in the actual design are discussed and the design method is summarized.Third,according to the guidance of humanized design guidance,the cab scheme is designed.Through the user investigation and analysis and summing up the needs,the division of the functional area is established,the scheme is gradually proposed and the three-dimensional model of the heavy truck cab is established.Finally,the digital human body model is built by Creo,and the overall ergonomics rationality is evaluated and verified by the final scheme. |
