In order to meet the ever-changing demand of parking,the mechanical three-dimensional garage is also constantly implementing iteration.The mechanical three-dimensional garage,which was only used for parking service and had a poor sense of experience,is gradually unable to adapt to the parking demand under the existing living conditions.It needs to be guided by the demand for targeted optimization,while meeting the use efficiency,it gradually moves towards a more diversified and humanized direction.This paper combines the environmental conditions and parking demand of people living today with the future development trend of vehicles,and optimizes the design of the three-dimensional garage with the demand orientation,so that the design scheme can meet the practicality and integrate with the surrounding environment better,and designs the optimization scheme with good coordination of human-machine environment system.By looking for the influencing factors of the relationship between human,machine and environment,establishing the design constraints,and using the principles of ergonomics to optimize the design of the three-dimensional garage without avoidance.Based on the residential area which often has parking difficulties,the multi-storey non avoidance stereo garage scheme proposed in this paper establishes the environmental sample database and environmental index system of the residential area by combining the field survey and collecting the data of each residential area with the network survey,and obtains the representative environmental samples and environmental indexes from the perspective of ergonomics of environment and machine.From the perspective of human and machine,the physiological characteristics of human are analyzed to determine the size of parking space,a study of the psychological characteristics of human beings by means of Q & a table,Collect the user requirements and collect and process the Q & a data to build the user requirements model tree.From the perspective of human and environment,the climate is analyzed to determine the physical environment factors that affect the design.Combined with the user demand model tree,the questionnaire is established and the residents are invited to fill in the questionnaire to study the influence factors of human environment factors on the design and establish the user demand model based on the group environment.Further analysis of the collected representative environmental indicators and physical environmental factors,combined with the relevant knowledge of machinery and architecture,the impact of environmental factors on the optimal design is described as an environmental constraint.According to the user demand model established in the group environment,AHP method is used to analyze the weight of the group user demand model,and QFD method is used to build the house of quality.According to the house of quality,technical indicators for user demand constraints are obtained,the indexes of environment constraints and user requirements constraints are taken as the basis of design constraints in man machine environment.Optimization design of non avoidance stereo garage with design constraints as guidance.According to the direction indicated by the design constraints,the spatial layout scheme is determined and the garage frame,the transporter and the overall scheme are designed.Using ANSYS software to carry on the static analysis to the garage frame and the transporter,to verify the reliability and the safety of the frame and the transporter.Using fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the optimal design scheme to verify its rationality.
