Research On The Remodeling Design Of Neighborhood Communication Space In Beijing Old City Historic District

With the rapid development of urbanization,China's social and economic development and urban construction are constantly advancing.The original state and the way of life change constantly in the social development,the complexity of urban problems deepened.Compared with other developed countries,the research on urban public communication space in China is not systematic enough,and it is not enough for the daily communication space,especially after the reform and opening up,large scale,unreasonable planning and design led to the rapid increase in the density of the space in the city's historic district.Blind construction ignores the spiritual needs of the people,resulting in the rupture of the historical context of the city block and the indifference between people.In this context,we should rationally reflect on the construction and development of historical blocks,the optimization should not only focus on physical environment,at the same time to pay attention to people's emotional needs,promote the spirit of the exchange between blocks in the neighborhood.Neighborhood communication is the most basic needs of residents in daily life,and in the process of rapid development of modernization,the change of life style and living environment leads to the indifference of traditional neighborhood relations.As an important part of the social relationship,the neighborhood relationship bears the city's culture and memory,and the harmonious neighborhood provides a sense of identity and belonging.Neighborhood communication space,as the carrier of neighborhood communication,can promote the exchange and communication between people in the residential area,stabilize the social network system in the historic district,and promote the common development of the region.To rebuild the reasonable neighborhood communication space is of great significance to the construction of harmonious society.The theme of this paper is the reconstruction of neighborhood communication space.Based on the theoretical research and field investigation,this paper analyzes the present situation of the communication in the neighborhood communication space of the old city in Beijing,and summarizes the present problems and development potential of the communication space.Through analyzing and demonstrating the basic ideas,design principles and objectives of the remodeling of neighborhood communication space,the author puts forward the constructive method of architectural design.It is hoped that this paper can be used as a reference for the design of the old city neighborhood communication space,and can cause more people to pay attention to this kind of problem.
