| Beijing Old Town Historic District has a long history and profound cultural heritage.Until now,historical districts still retain a large proportion of residential functions,while the old Beijing traditional living lifestyle is more important for the traditional history and culture of Beijing’s old city,component.The value of a historical residential block is not only that it is an important bottom view of the historical landscape and traditional culture of the old city of Beijing,but also that it carries rich urban functions and a large number of inhabitants.Therefore,whether it is the overall protection of the old city of Beijing,the renewal of urban functions and the development of social economy,it must be based on the protection and renewal of historical residential blocks.Taking the four districts in the Middle East of Beijing Historic District as an example,this paper summarizes the main remaining problems and development opportunities of the old city historical residential districts through the combing of the historical evolution and development of the old city of Beijing.The development of the organization,understanding the development trend and lack of domestic public service facilities;at the same time take the field survey of the Dongsi historical residential block and the residents questionnaire,to obtain first-hand information on the status quo of the revised area.On this basis,it summarizes and puts forward suggestions for the upgrading of the public service facilities in the East Four Areas,namely,the four major issues of the main needs of the sub-division area,interpretation of relevant provisions,proposed location and management system,and the development of targeted measures.To provide suggestions and opinions for the improvement of public service facilities in the East Four District. |
