The emergence and popularization of sharing bicycles has not only alleviated the pressure on urban traffic but also made up for the lack of public transport coverage in cities while changing people's travel modes and improving commuting efficiency.However,its explosive development and lack of regulatory system also pose a challenge to the healthy development of the shared bicycle market.Serious homogeneity of products and services,the user viscosity problems gradually exposed.In this paper,users' kansei requirements are taken as the starting point.Taking the shared bicycle service system as the research object,this dissertation studies the sensibility design of the shared bicycle service system by referring to the service design and the research methods of kansei engineering.The purpose is to guide the product service system design with the user's emotional needs,in order to improve the system's service quality and user experience,and enhance user loyalty.Firstly,through the sharing mode and characteristic analysis of product service system under the background of sharing economy.Through the literature review in China and abroad,summarize the existing theoretical research results of product service system design and kanseil engineering,and constructed a service system design model that integrates the theory of kansei engineering.Through field research,user interviews and questionnaires,starting from the user research to tap the shared bicycle service system user needs.And the use of the theory of kansei engineering,through the user needs of the product service system,the kansei image of the questionnaire survey and quantitative statistical analysis.Using principal component analysis to extract the key perceptual images and establish the kansei image space of the sharing bicycle service system.Finally,based on the user's kansei requirements to the product service system,the stakeholders in the service system and their connection are clearly defined.Based on the design requirements of service contacts,the content and method of service optimization design of shared bicycle service system.And output the blueprint for service blueprint and the overall service flow combing with the user's behavior flow as a clue.Based on this,guided by the user's emotional needs,according to the theories and methods of perceptual engineering and the design principles of product service system,the above research conclusions are verified by the shared bicycle design example.
