The Research On Life Cycle Design Of Product Based On Product Service System

In today’s society,the contradiction between people’s growing material needs and the shortage of resource supply is more and more prominent,promoting the transition of the economic mode from the simply design material products to meet customer’s specific requirements and service system.Bike-sharing is a typical product service system of products,realizing the maximization of utilization of resources by means of sharing the product.However,Merchants blindly make the bikes without redesigned to fit the sharing model to market on a large scale in order to seize market opportunities.As a result,a large number of bikes damage to scrap,causing the waste of resources.Bike-sharing design phase determines the bike’s impact on the environment to a large extent.Therefore,this article studies the design of the sharing bicycle from the perspective of product life cycle,the purpose is to make the bike-sharing more sustainable,realizing the real green travel.This article summarizes related theoretical knowledge of the sustainable design,product service system,product life cycle,analysis the relationship between product service system and the product life cycle,puts forward new requirements from product service system to the product life cycle,product service system of a lack of life cycle design principles and design strategy.Then it takes bike-sharing as an example,under the guidance of the framework of life cycle analysis theory,using the current international Simapro software with high awareness,by providing the same service,compare and assessment the life cycle of Mobike’s classic version 2.0 with ofo’s version 4.0,then it establishes the largest phrase of load of environment and the corresponding type of impact on the environment in the two kinds of bike-sharing.Through sensitivity analysis,summing up the factors that affect bike-sharing’s environmental benefits.It explores the design principles of the bike-sharing’s life cycle combined with the product feature of bike-sharing.Combining with the above summary of product service system design method and design strategy of the product life cycle,it puts forward the life cycle design strategies of bike-sharing.Finally,this paper uses the design practice of bike-sharing’s life circle to fatherly verify the availability and the rationality of the design principles and design strategies.This article explores that bike-sharing’s life cycle design should follow the principle of safety,generality,ease of use,durability,easy maintainability and recyclability.It puts forward four bike-sharing’s life circle design strategies.That is,humanized design oriented of satisfaction,participatory design oriented of stakeholders,modularized design strategy oriented of service,the design which is not easy to move oriented of users.
