ZD is a company that is rooted in the new energy car industry,and is mainly developing new energy car parts based on charging piles.It with supporting equipment of keeping pace with The Times and energy development testing equipment,in this kind of new energy charging pile supporting product development and plan of each project,have a large number of excellent design talent.These designers are renowned in the industry,so the company's products have a strong appeal.There is competition to face pressure,especially in the fast-growing market of the same industry.ZD company's current charging pile quality aspects of R&D project manage mainly by functional departments,and management concentration,can only guarantee the quality of their respective in charge of the stage,the overall quality is difficult to guarantee.But in the current era of intelligence,the company urgent need for the whole process of R&D projects and related management system changes,in order to keep up with the development of staff working quality are also improved.This article details the standard charging pile project quality process,through the analysis further sums up the practical application of the intelligent charging pile and the demand of the market,in order to make the intelligent products to assure the quality of the project,to improve efficiency,increase user satisfaction with product experience,this article based on the theory of quality management,combined with planning,quality assurance and control the work of three aspects of content,according to the customer's use,set up reasonable work process and quality control system,ensure the quality of the intelligent charging pile project work.This research firstly describes the research background,research significance and research methods;and the quality management of the project are summarized,analyzed the charging pile of R&D projects and the project quality control of content and characteristics;analyzes the ZD company's current status of R&D project charging pile to further ensure quality management;and the control of the three aspects to construct a set of project quality management model from the quality planning,quality management model;through the use of improved project quality management for a project to improve the practice of charging pile,analysis of the project quality management improvement effect.This paper aims to demonstrate an improved model of quality management for R&D project of charging pile,which can be used as reference for similar project management.
