With the rapid development of society,the number of fuel vehicles has increased sharply,and the exhaust gas emitted by vehicles has caused serious air pollution.The emergence of new energy vehicles has solved the environmental pollution problem caused by fuel vehicles.New energy electric vehicles are increasingly favored by the public due to their energy saving,emission reduction,low carbon and environmental protection features.As a supporting infrastructure for new energy electric vehicles,charging piles are developing rapidly due to the advantages of simple,convenient and inexpensive charging,and they account for an increasing proportion of electric vehicle charging equipment.However,when users are charging,they will still encounter the mismatch between the vehicle model and the charging pile,and cannot connect to the charging piles installed by different operators,resulting in the situation that the charging piles cannot be used,which reduces the utilization rate of the charging piles and causes a waste of resources.In this paper,the standard communication protocol OCPP(Open Charge Point Protocol)formulated by OCA(Open Charge Alliance)is used as a technical guide to design CSMS(Charge Station Management System)and charging pile control system.Developed and realized the data interaction function between CSMS and charging pile client.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Organize and design Chinese development documents based on OCPP official documents,and design and develop five parts: administrator login,administrator management,charging pile information management,user information management and OCPP Tags information management according to the functional requirements of the charging pile management system Solution,using Java development language、IDEA integrated development tools,etc.,to develop the function of the charging pile management system;(2)According to the development document,according to the function of the charging pile client,the development scheme and the corresponding interface client are designed,and the Web Socket connection test is carried out in combination with the developed charging pile management system;(3)Using STM32F103 as the main controller for developing the OCPP charging pile,build the corresponding hardware module,design the charging pile control system,realize the data exchange between the charging pile and the management system platform,the charging pile management system platform can charge the charging pile.Centralized management of pilerelated information;(4)The developed charging pile management system and charging pile control system are tested for function and performance indicators.The test results show that the developed system can communicate correctly and has complete functions,which can meet the needs of users and achieve the expected development goals. |
