Study On Quality Control Of Cast In Place Concrete Based On Owner’s Viewpoint

China economy has experienced rapid development for more than 30 years,It can’t do without the factory output value contribution.Compared with the model of real estate development company’s project management,before the factory construction project,most of the owners did not have personnel and professional managers,need to built a project management team of their Own or entrust other management teams.The characteristics of the plant construction projects are " large monomer building area,large span,higher,more steel structure workshops and more urgent period".As the owner,the core content is how to carry on the management of project quality."Projects that are last for generations,quality first" is the purpose of quality management.It is a fundamental problem of project quality.Construct the safety,applicability,economy,environmental protection,and the appearance of the various workshops,not only affects the social economic benefit,but also related to the safety and property of people’s life.Therefore,choosing the subject of construction project quality management and control as a research to explore the application of project quality management in the construction process,have a very important practical and guiding significance while establishing a set of integrated management system for quality assessment.According to the statistics and analysis of common problems in the project,take the cast-in-place concrete construction cracks as research object.And refer to the experiences of engineering quality management at home and abroad,analyze and find out the root causes of structural concrete construction using brain storm and 5 why analysis method etc.,then find out propose solutions to guide the owners to improve the quality.Using AHP to quantify the risk factors and conduct an important ranking for guiding owner QC team to continuously improve the quality based on PDCA cycle,then through the Fuzz for overall evaluation of the construction of A project.Finally,guide the owner to establish quality management organization,put forward quality management system and owner project construction quality control points,auxiliary measures.Practice has proved that this research of quality management system and methods for owner’s has a good guide for the constructions and practical application value.
