Study On The Definition And Control Strategy Of Ecological Control Line In Yunfu City

As the gradual acceleration of urbanization in China and the excessive exploitation of natural resources,the ecological environment has been severely damaged,Urban space expansion,regional ecological environment deterioration and other urban and rural conflicts more and more obvious.In particular,the relevant departments of the government in order to protect the city's ecological security,to maintain the stability of urban ecosystems,proposed to set the ecological control line program.However,in recent years to delineate the ecological control line did not consider the actual situation around the unified control,the development of the line outside the rationality of being questioned,how to scientifically define the basic ecological control line delineation and how to control it has become the focus of debate this yearIn view of the current situation of China's ecological control line planning rationality and control issues,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign related in the premise of ecological control line designated case,taking Yunfu city as an example,based on the theory of "Anti planning",ecological suitability evaluation of land use,landscape ecology and ecological security pattern,this paper emphasizes on the stability of ecosystems,and coordinating the development pattern of cities and towns.Secondly,through the existing relevant theoretical methods,field survey data,various remote sensing image maps,planning plans and topographic maps of the collection,collation,processing,analysis,the use of two methods of coupling Yunfu ecological control line is based on Yunfu The evaluation of ecological land suitability and the ecological security pattern of Yunfu City,The area of ecological control line includes two parts,namely,primary control area(ecological bottom line area)and secondary control area(ecological development area).The total land area is 6215.7 square kilometers,accounting for 79.8% of the total area of the city,the area of ecological bottom line area is 1985.4 km fair,accounted for 25.5% of the total area of the city.The ecological bottom line area is the core area of the ecological control line,which prohibits the construction area.Ecological development area is in addition to the ecological bottom line area,the construction of urban development pattern has an important role in the need for protection and control of other areas.Finally,this paper constructs the control system of ecological control line of Yunfu city from five aspects.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,we can provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of Yunfu City,and also provide the ecological control line and corresponding control for other areas.
