Study On Urban Plan Of The New District Based On The Concept Of Ecological City

With the acceleration of urbanization development in our country, to establishnew district becomes an important approach and enthusiasm of urban developmentand structural adjusting．Especially in some big city new district development andconstruction has become an important part of urban development strategy. Butthroughout the history, the domestic new district mainly relying on economicdevelopment and ignore the protection of natural ecological environment in thepast,which usually to take pollution first and then to fix. With the worsening ofecological environment, people want to live in a new city district in harmony with thenatural ecological environment. As a result, under the environment of the fasturbanization development and the new city district construction, introducing theeco-city concept to guide the construction of new district is importent.The concept and practice of ecological city is an important way to realizeecological development of the new district.First of all, the thesis analyzed andsummarized the theory of eco-city and the real cases of ecological cities, Summing upthe planning of building ecological city and new district.By combining with theproblems in the development of domestic new district to point out the necessity ofdeveloping ecological new district in our country. Second, base on the analysis andresearch of index system at intermediate level, put forward the regulatory indexsystem of ecological new district planning and make the ecological indicators (including controlling and guiding indicators) into the index system of regulatory planand each block. Finally, new urban district as a compound ecological system thateach subsystem function must be operate by physical space. Physical space systems isnot only the carrier of natural, economic, and social (including culture), but also as thecommon bond to coordinate them. As a result, the paper through the land resourcesutilization and protection planning, water resources utilization and protection planning,energy planning, green traffic system planning, green space system planning andenvironment protection, launched on the material research of spatial planning by thosesix system.Based on index system of ecological new district planning and material planning,by the analysis and research of the east new ecological district of Yuncheng,illustrating how to through the construction of index system in the regulatory plan toensure the realization of the planning objectives and how to through the materialspace planning to guide the new city’s ecological development. Paper attempts toexplore theory and method at intermediate level to planning and design the ecologicalnew district. the theory and practice have certain reference function in the future.
