| Along with the pace of China’s urbanization process is accelerating, urban land expansion to keep the surrounding suburbs. Traditional urban planning from the layout of the planning of urban construction land, accordingly, the ecological land planning layout which plays an important role on urban ecological effect is carried out on the basis of land for construction layout. While a large number of construction land increased, the ecological land reduced and fragmentized."Anti-planning" approach is targeted at China’s current urban development trends as well as the defects of the traditional planning, it advocated prioritizing and planning of urban non construction land, emphasize city’s ecological infrastructure planning, in order to establish a secure landscape pattern, then on the basis of this pattern, planning other urban construction land. The benefits of this planning approach is reflected in the full account of the integrity and continuity of the natural ecosystem, and minimize the impact of human disturbance, thus, maintain the stability of the regional ecosystem and let the city and natural systems can survive and develop relatively harmonious.This article based on "Anti-planning" method, exploring useful practice on ecological environment construction of Chengdu Tianfu new district. Select the green space of Tianfu new district as the research object, from spatial elements, structure and function to build green space system, to explore in theory and practice, the results are as follows:According to the connotation of’"Anti-planning" we could sum the main principles of building green spaces systems in Anti-planning way up which contain Natural Priority Principle, Sustainable Principle and Scale Aimed Principle. For building a whole green spaces system we have to firstly zoning districts by ecology functions and then contact the district by setting eco-corridors and natural protection areas as well as build eco-units in every tiny zone.With the method of Anti-planning Tianfu New District of Chengdu is divided into four ecology function districts which are Key Protection area, Ecological Restoration area, Control Area and Optimizing Development area. And then build nature corridors along with Longquan mountain range, Jinjiang river, Luxi river and Dongfeng river etc. as well as Traffic corridors along with High-speed beltway etc. which constitute eco-corridors and combine each ecology functions and inspire the city and the nature system developing harmoniously. In the medium level I make plan for the various green patch of Tianfu new district, then control and plan river corridors as the main corridors. At last in the micro level I build an ecology wetland system based on landscape with local plants in Qinglong lake which is in the center of Shiling Ecology Wetland Park and rebuild the dikes of Dongfeng river which acrossing the park and set the eco-corridors up so that the whole eco-protected system is set up. |
