Research On The Matching Of Forest Rest And Landscape Facilities In Beijing Area

The proposal of "healthy,beautiful China" has focused on the health of all walks of life and accelerated the progress of the forest sanatorium.Forest therapy will soon be the main direction and driving force for the development of forestry in the future,and will be the highest level of forestry development now and for a long time to come.This paper takes forest rest as an entry point,based on the existing forest park environmental facilities in Beijing,and in Songshan Nature Reserve.Xishan National Forest Park,Badaling National Forest Park,Baiwangshan Forest Park,and other potential forest bases.For the research object,the study of forest resting environment and landscape facilities was conducted.The specific research contents include:1)Conduct field surveys and questionnaire surveys on 30 forest parks and forest farms in Beijing,and interpret the characteristics of landscape facilities from the standpoint of forest rest activities;2)Using the photos taken during the investigation to analyze the landscape characteristics of the forest resting environment in Beijing,taking VR shots of the forest resting environment and using it as experimental materials to study the compatibility of different forest resting and landscape facilities;3 Comparing and analyzing the satisfaction of forest resting environment and landscape facilities in Beijing.The content 1)was studied by using the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the field survey method,and the induction analysis method for content 1.Contents 2 and 3 were studied using experimental methods,questionnaires,SD methods,and factor analysis.Data were analyzed using EXCEL and SPSS.Among them,content 2 uses different forest rest environments and landscape facilities as independent variables,and uses the influence level of attention as a dependent variable,uses pressure indicators to support the impact of forest resting environment and landscape facilities in Beijing,and explores exploring forest rest and The matching of landscape facilities.Changes in the level of concentration of attention caused by sitting activities,specific indicators are STROOP experimental data,brain wave focus index,restoration of environmental scales.Specific indicators of stress indicators include objective levels:blood pressure,heart rate,salivary amylase concentration,brain wave relaxation index,and subjective level:concise mood scale.Content 3 uses experimental subjects to evaluate the subjective beauty of different forest resting environments and the rating scale of SD questionnaires to analyze the experiencer's satisfaction with landscape facilities in different forest environments and summarize the landscape characteristics of forest resting environment.The research results are as follows:1)The use of questionnaires to analyze the characteristics of 1 forest rest environment type 2 forest resting environment characteristics 3 environmental elements in the three aspects of the Beijing forest rest environment and landscape facilities characteristics of the summary,in the natural environment of artificial design assistance When the forest is in a quiet landscape,you can refer to the high evaluation factors in the questionnaire.For example,water,forests.and blue sky are more attractive in a forest resting environment.The fully enclosed,open-spaced 3-6-person space is more popular.-Evaluation of the arrangement of grass,stacked water,natural flowing water in streams,selection of bamboo and wood materials,and 2-3 people's rest facilities;2)Concentration of 7 forest rest environments summarized through experimental research The influence of force was analyzed,and the type of environment that had the best impact on forest rest was analyzed;3)The analysis of the questionnaire further validated the landscape facilities and environmental characteristics in the seven forest resting environments.It is concluded that the pure natural environment is worthy of recognition for the effects of forest rest,but the ease of use in the forest rest experience is not as good as the semi-natural environment.In the artificial design,large-scale wooden platforms,water features,and conditions similar to the No.1 environment are used.The artificial design environment in pursuit of naturality has achieved very good healing effects.Simply adding a simple wooden stool in a pure natural environment has a good effect on the relief of stress.This paper analyzes the public's perception of the environmental characteristics of the forest's resting activities and concludes that the demand for landscape facilities in the forest resting environment is conducive to making the construction of the forest sanitation resting environment better fit with the needs of the public.Experiments to explore the matching of forest rest and landscape facilities in Beijing area are conducive to the development of forest rest and to obtain better healing effects.The landscape assessment of different forest resting environments and the summary of the characteristics of forest resting environment can provide reference for the selection and construction of forest resting environment.
