Research On Construction Techniques And Rehabilitation Of Cultural Relics Buildings From The Perspective Of Construction

The formal site of the Ministry of Justice is an important landmark in Changchun,which was officially listed in the seventh batch of key national heritage conservation units.Now the site is the Basic Medical College of the Bethune Institute of Medicine,Jilin University.After more than 80 years of wind and rain,the external decoration of the building is seriously damaged,and the building structure cannot meet the safety requirements for the use of existing functions.With the approval of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage,the restoration project of the formal site of the Ministry of Justice started in July,2016,which is a significant practice on the restoration of cultural relics in Changchun.This is also a great opportunity for in-depth study and recording of this important architectural construction skill.From the beginning of the project to the completion of construction in January2018,the author collected a large amount of little-known first-hand information by tracking the restoration project and collected the data from the site meeting.Trying to dig out the construction technology and construction skills of the building,and review the restoration project from the perspective of construction,and put forward the optimization plan.This paper is mainly carried out from the following four parts:The first part describes the source of the subject,and expounds the research background,purposing and significance of the subject,combing the current research status at home and abroad,defining the scope of the research,explaining the relevant concepts,putting forward the research methods and combing out the theoretical framework;With the construction theory as the basic theory of this paper,the basic concepts and the development process of the construction theory are explained.Through the analysis of the contents of the construction,the research elements of the analysis of the construction are construction,material and space elements.This is to provide theoretical support for the later chapters from the construction perspective of the construction technique and repair research of the formal site of the Ministry of Justice.The third part,taking the former site of the State Council as an example,analyzes its skills from the perspective of construction,analyzes the structure and material,then combs the construction techniques of the former site.The fourth part introduces the existing problems of the former site of the State Council,and records the restoration measures from three aspects of the structure reinforcement: the maintenance of the style,the facilities and the renewal of the facilities.On the basis of this,the successful experiences and shortcomings of the project are evaluated and the optimization scheme is put forward from the perspective of the construction.
