The unmanned co-fired rocket launcher is a new type of weapon system adapted to the requirements of future wars.To realize the unmanned rocket launcher,the automation of its filling process is a key technology.In this paper,a new type of automatic loading system is proposed and designed based on the requirements of unmanned co-launch rocket launcher.The dynamic characteristics of the loading process and the strength characteristics of the main components are analyzed.Firstly,based on the investigation and demonstration,according to the requirement of unmanned co-launch rocket launcher auto-loading,the paper proposes a new loading scheme based on double-speed chain,determines the main structural parameters,and carries out the main part structure design.Then,the multi-rigid body analysis theory was used to establish the dynamic simulation model of this type of automatic loading system.The Adams dynamics simulation software was used to simulate the docking process and the transfusion process of two kinds of caliber launching boxes,and the different inputs were analyzed.The effect of bomb thrust on the movement characteristics,impact characteristics and vibration characteristics of the shell during loading of launching boxes of different calibers is analyzed.After comprehensive analysis,the optimal thrust which greatly affects the docking process is obtained,and then the transmission box with different calibers is transmitted.The simulation process was simulated and the output power of the motor corresponding to the transmission of different launchers was obtained.Finally,ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the strength characteristics of the key stress parts.The results of dynamic simulation and finite element analysis verify the feasibility of the proposed automatic loading system.The research results of this paper provide some reference for the research and development of unmanned co-fired rocket launchers,and have certain reference value for the development of unmanned weapon systems.
