With the rapid development of military technology,Multiple Launch Rocket System is given a new mission namely antiaircraft defense.The new mission requires a higher firing accuracy and mobility.In the thesis, based on antiaircraft rocket launcher,launching sequence and interval of rocket launcher and the lightweight base are studied by Launching Dynamics of Multibody Systems and Topology Optimization,thus a remarkable effect is obtained.The major research contents are as follows:①By Launching Dynamics of Multibody Systems,the model of antiaircraft rocket launcher is built and the rationality of model is validated by comparing the results of experiment with simulation,which provides foundation and guarantee for further study.②Multi-launching sequences are drawn according to the basic principles,and the initial disturbance of each sequence is compared with dynamic simulation,so the better sequence is obtained.③Because of the impact of launching interval upon the initial disturbance,equal and unequal launching interval are analysed,and the better unequal launching interval is searched,so the interval favoring initial disturbance is obtained.④The base of antiaircraft rocket launcher is designed by topology optimization,and the capability of bearing the weight does not degrade.In the thesis,the credible model of dynamic is set up,and the firing effect is better if the firing sequence approaching the systematic center.Moreover,unequal launching interval is better to decrease initial disturbance.The results of lightweight base show that topology optimization is good for reducing the weight.The work and results obtained in this paper provide good references for the integrated design of antiaircraft rocket launcher.
