In this paper, it’s performed to a rocket launcher’s dynamical simulation analysis and topology optimization of its components, in order to reduce the initial disturbance and structural weight. Its main tasks are as follows:(1) Based on multi-body dynamics theory and principles of the simplified model, it’s established to a rocket launcher system’s rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model and dynamical simulation is performed on the ADAMS software platform. It can calculate launch tube nozzle’s vibration parameters curves which affect the initial disturbance, and analyse trends and rules of nozzle’s vibration curves.(2) The results of rocket launcher dynamics simulation are collected as sample points by a reasonable design of experiments(DOE), approximate model of rocket launcher system can simulate strong non-linear relationship between design parameters such as clearance rockets and launcher tubes, transmission time interval, and latching force and the initial disturbance by using response surface methodology, it can replace the original dynamics simulation model to analyse the initial disturbance, these factors affect the initial disturbance are matched reasonably by using response surface optimization method to achieve the purpose of reducing the initial disturbance.(3)Results of chassis’ stiffness、strength and modal analysis combine with the nozzle vibration’s amplitude-frequency curves needs to avoid the resonance frequency of the band as well as the potential for optimization of chassis, and topology optimization of the chassis finally satisfy constraints of the intensity and frequency so that the minimum mass, and then reduce the weight of the rocket launcher system and improve its mobility.
