With material mechanics, structural dynamics, engineering mechanics and fracture mechanics as the theoretical basis and the finite element method(FEM) as the main research tool, the dynamic response and some vibration influence factors such as windage of tubular launcher and lock force were studied based on one Long-range Multibarrel Rocket Launcher as the investigated subject. The paper also studied the fracture parameter calculation method of the rail weld crack and four weld crack’s stress intensity factors were calculated.Based on the Drawing the 3D structure model was established firstly and based on the importance of the model parts and the technical characteristics of FEM the Launcher’s finite element model was established after necessary simplification. The static and dynamic analysis was done based on this model. Among them, the static analysis aims to analyze the static equilibrium and the stiffness and strength under the gravitational field, and the result was input as the initial condition of dynamics calculation. Full account of the thrust, gravity, jet impact force and pressure in pipe, accomplished the transient dynamic analysis of the Launcher and obtained the dynamic response characteristics of it.In order to research the influence of the windage of tubular launcher and the lock force on the motion of the rocket, the rocket-frame system model and single pipe model was established respectively. The results revealed some influence law.ABAQUS-based calculation method of crack stress intensity factor (SIF) was studied. Based on fracture mechanics theory and FEM, the finite element calculation of stress intensity factor of weld cracks in the rail and got it’s fracture mode. Finally, the relationship between the SIF of the crack front and crack size was analyzed.
