Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid economic development in our country,and the proportion of the population with quality of sleep problems is getting bigger and bigger.According to the "China Sleep Index Report" shows that more than 90%of the people’s sleep quality does not reach "good",and sleep problems are common.The traditional sleep monitor type is a comprehensive PSG polysomnography monitor,but it is too bulky and expensive to be operated by a professional and can not be monitored for a long time due to great discomfort to the human body.Another Though the volume is small,the price is low,and the operation is simple,the test function is single,the test result is low in precision,but the detection of single function test the precision is low,and can not play the effect of sleep intervention.Therefore,it is important to design a Closed-loop Sleep Monitoring and Hypnosis Service System suitable for home use,simple operation,accurate test results and scientific and effective sleep imtervention.First of all,this article briefly introduced the sleep staging and the characteristics of each period,sleep state is generally divided into fast eye movement sleep and non-fast eye movement sleep.At the same time,the R&K standard is introduced briefly.The R&K standard divides the NREM into four phases,and then introduces the phases of N1,N,N3 and REM respectively.Then introduced three kinds of measurement modes of human body motion signal:zero-crossing detection mode,time threshold detection mode and digital integral detection mode,based on human body motion signal measurement mode to establish sleep monitoring model and physical activity signal sleep monitoring advantages,then introduced This article sleep algorithm,focusing on the filtering algorithm,the selection of sleep stage threshold and the determination of sleep status.Secondly,the system hardware of this article is designed.The hardware is divided into sleep lamp module and sleep button module.Sleep light module mainly includes system power module,digital control unit,data storage unit,WIFI communication module,LCD liquid crystal display module and sleep lamp bead design.Sleep button module introduces several acceleration sensors and their performance parameters,Bluetooth communication module and signal conditioning circuit design.Finally,the system software of this article is designed.The software mainly introduces the operation and operation of LCD control unit,mobile terminal unit,back-end service system and system software.LCD control unit mainly introduces the design of STemWin graphical user interface based on uC/OS-III embedded real-time operating system,focusing on the design of alarm clock,Bluetooth,WIFI.Mobile terminal unit introduces the user information management,sleep mode,sleep log and set the function of the design process.The background service system mainly introduces the data communication with sleep lamp and mobile terminal,the analysis and calculation of user sleep data and the storage of user sleep data.
