With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,people have greater and greater life and work pressure,resulting in sleep disorders among more and more people.At present,some sleep monitoring devices only have a single function,and they cannot realize both the sleep monitoring and sleep aid functions.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis designed a sleep aid monitoring system based on EEG.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this thesis studies the collection and generation of EEG signal and other relevant theoretical knowledge,as well as the processing and staging method of EEG signal,which provides theoretical support for the analysis of sleep staging and sleep quality.Secondly,this thesis designs and develops a sleep aid monitoring hardware system based on EEG.The system hardware includes EEG acquisition circuit and sleep aid device.The EEG acquisition circuit realizes the acquisition and preprocessing of EEG signals through TGAM module,and then the SCM uploads the collected signal to the upper computer for subsequent processing.The sleep aid device includes three modules: sleep aid lamp,sleep aid music and electronic massage.Next,this thesis realizes sleep staging and sleep quality assessment of EEG signals.First of all,the sleep EEG signal is processed by noise reduction.The results show that the filtering transformed from wavelet is more effective by comparing the Butterworth filtering and the filtering transformed from wavelet.Then feature parameters are extracted with wavelet packet decomposition,KC complexity and approximate entropy.Input the feature parameters into support vector machine to complete classification recognition.The classification accuracy reaches 88%.Finally,this thesis designs sleep monitoring experiments under different sleep aid modes and makes comparative analysis of the experiments.The results show that the combination of sleep aid music and electronic massage has better sleep aid effect.
