With the progress of society and economic development,our country has also paid more and more attention to the construction of comprehensive pipeline corridors and vigorously promoted the construction of comprehensive pipeline corridors.In recent years,major cities in China have carried out the construction of comprehensive underground galleries in an orderly manner.In the design and construction,some advanced technical means are adopted to ensure the smooth realization of the project construction goals.There are indeed many problems with our traditional pipeline construction.For example,there are collisions between existing pipelines and new planning pipelines,and it is always necessary to repeatedly excavate the ground and aerial spider webs when repairing pipelines.At the same time,there is no particularly effective engineering metrology software,which has low accuracy and is not conducive to cost control.All these problems are unavoidable for traditional pipelines.The municipal comprehensive pipeline corridor can achieve the integration of various pipelines into the corridor through the construction of a tunnel space in the underground,and it can also achieve unified management in the later period,which also saves a lot of labor costs to some extent.The combination of BIM technology and integrated pipelines is nothing less than icing on the cake,solving many problems in the design and construction of underground integrated pipelines.BIM technology has become more and more widely used in China in recent years and can play its role in many fields.This article mainly uses BIM technology to solve some difficulties in the design,construction,and later operation and maintenance of integrated pipelines,which are difficult to use traditional methods to effectively work.The use of BIM technology can solve the delays caused by the traditional written exchanges between owners,designers,and constructors;better compare and select construction plans;use BIM software to create 3D models to complete the process simulation of some more complex nodes;also can compare Multiple galleries access plans;the use of BIM technology for the layout of the construction site,while the amount of temporary facilities can be calculated to facilitate cost control.Through practical application in the project,we have realized that BIM technology has a great role in advancing the construction of comprehensive pipeline corridors,especially in the field of engineering construction,which can be said to help the construction industry to a higher level.
