Basement integrated pipeline is an important part of the building infrastructure.Like as the "blood vessel" and "nerve" in the human body,basement integrated pipeline is the lifeblood of a building,maintaining the normal operation of the building.Known as the "lifeline of the building",basement integrated pipeline plays a great role in the transmission of material,energy and information day and night.In pipeline construction and structure construction,however,due to development organization and construction unit is unaware of global basement integrated pipeline and it is lack of the corresponding technical support,it may cause unreasonable setting between pipeline and structure in the construction process,collisions between pipelines and pipelines occurred frequently,As a result,it is necessary to carry out the second construction,which causes the delay of the construction period,and the progress cannot be completed on time,which directly affects the economic and social benefits of the construction project.Then the development of BIM technology provides new ideas and methods for modern project management.At present,BIM technology has been gradually applied to all stages of project life cycle,but the application research in construction stage is not yet mature,especially in the aspect of engineering progress control.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the construction schedule control of building basement integrated pipelines based on BIM technology,and build a schedule management system with practical application value.Based on the research status at home and abroad and the application background of BIM technology in building construction management,this paper puts forward the theoretical research and implementation method of BIM basement based integrated pipeline schedule control.The integration of the built 3D building information model and the progress data is mainly realized by using the application software Navisworks of BIM,so as to realize the integration of the 3D information model and the 4D-BIM model of time dimension.Through the application of 4D-BIM model,the construction progress control of building basement integrated pipeline is studied.Through comparison and analysis with the traditional construction progress control mode,the management advantages of BIM technology in progress monitoring,progress deviation and progress optimization are obtained.Through the application analysis of practical cases,the reliability of this paper’s research theory is proved.The paper not only demonstrates the implementation process of schedule control in building basement integrated pipeline based on BIM but also realise the theory by 4D-BIM platform,and the reliability of the theory is proved by the concrete cases.It has a strong guiding and practical significance in the process of schedule control in building basement integrated pipeline based on BIM.
