With the development of digital shipbuilding technology,the superiority of the integrated design model has been fully demonstrated,which closely combines collaborative design technology,computer aided system and database to realize information sharing.In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional pipeline design mode of a domestic shipyard,such as upstream and downstream data circulation,low model data reuse rate and low automatic laying efficiency,the design idea of "Integration of Large Cruise Pipelines Based on Smart 3D" is proposed and the research on the integrated design technology of large cruise pipelines is carried out.Based on the original integrated design,a data integrated system oriented to design tools is established to improve the reuse rate and accuracy of model information.Subsequently,optimization algorithms are designed for the layout of single pipeline and branch pipeline,and the digital layout system of large cruise pipelines is developed using VB.NET language.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the integrated design process are verified by an example of fuel pipe system.The thesis is supported by the project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China,“Research on Collaborative Design Technology of High-tech Ocean Passenger Ships(KD1-232)”,the main work contents are as follows:(1)The integrated system of pipeline is established for design tools.According to the actual engineering requirements,the integrated design process and architecture are constructed,and the model information is transferred and shared by using XML files as the intermediate data through new mapping rules.Finally,the integrated design is introduced through schematic design and model base creation.(2)The pipeline layout technology is studied,and the route optimization algorithms are designed.The grid method is used to divide the layout space,and the grid node energy value is given according to the set area category,and the “decomposition-space reconstruction-combination” mode is proposed to simplify the equipment model.Based on the basic ant colony algorithm,the impact of the key parameters on the algorithm performance is analyzed through numerical simulation experiment,and the optimal value range is determined,which provides a reference for the subsequent algorithm design.Aiming at the problem of single pipeline layout,the improved ant colony algorithm is designed from two aspects of pheromone update rule and parameter optimization,and piecewise pheromone updating rules are created.The key parameters of Ant Colony Algorithm are taken as the particle position information of particle swarm optimization,and the fitness function is designed to solve the optimal parameter array.Finally,the feasibility of the improved ant colony algorithm is verified by MATLAB simulation.It can be seen from the simulation results that,the operating efficiency is about 20.10% higher than that of the basic ant colony algorithm.For the branch pipeline layout problem,the cooperative coevolution algorithm is introduced,and the improved multi-ant colony coevolution algorithm is designed.Compared with the simulation results of the improved ant colony algorithm,the total length is reduced by 21.43%,and the running time is reduced by 7.52%.(3)The digital layout system of large cruise pipeline is developed.The route planning module and layout visualization module are developed using VB.NET language,and the interactive interface is designed,and the solution data is stored in.txt files.Combined with Smart 3D secondary development technology,the pipeline visual laying is driven by programming language.Finally,the fuel pipe system is taken as an example to verify that the system can plan a pipeline with the shortest path to avoid the obstacles in the layout space according to the specified position information of pipeline interface.
