The diversified demands of architecture have advanced tremendous innovation and rapid growth of its image and function,which makes the design work more complex and cumbersome.With the development of our society,people are attaching more importance to energy efficiency,environmental impacts and other issues of sustainable development.Thus,the requirements of architectural design efficiency are getting higher and higher.There are many disadvantages in traditional two-dimensional design model design which can not meet people's needs any more.In recent years,the rapid development of Building Information Modeling(BIM)has brought revolutionary changes to construction industry.The idea of data sharing of BIM makes better communication and coordination between different project parties,significantly improves the efficiency of project design and reduces the probabilities of pipeline conflicts in its design and construction.However,the application of clash detection technology based on BIM is not deep and its accuracy is not so high.With the increasing density and complexity of pipeline,higher demands are imposed on the efficiency of clash detection technology.Therefore,this paper which aims at the realm of building construction,presents a study of research of integrated pipeline clash detection technology based on BIM.Firstly,the classical clash detection algorithms based on spatial decomposition and occupation are sorted out,which makes theoretical foreshadowing for the research of integrated pipeline clash detection technology based on BIM.Secondly,detailed discussion and thorough research on the construction methods of the integrated pipeline clash detection model and the specifications of BIM model based on the specific projects are made to build a three-dimensional model of integrated pipeline clash detection based on BIM.Thirdly,the characteristics of its environmental detection impacts are summarized.According to the different features of spatial decomposition and occupation,an idea of integrated clash detection by combining them is put forward which provides an efficient and accurate clash detection algorithm for this paper.Lastly,the idea proposed by this paper is applied to the underground engineering to create an integrated BIM model on which its application is verified.By testing and analyzing the project examples,the detection efficiency of integrated clash detection algorithm by combining spatial decomposition and occupation is better than the traditional hybrid algorithm of axis aligned bounding box and bounding ball,and the greater the amount of model is,the more obvious the efficiency will be.
