Research On Residential Transformation Design Of Changchun Office Building Under The Backdrop Of Inventory

Since the central economic conference held in December 2015,inventory has become one of the main tasks of the real estate market.Under this background,the state has promulgated corresponding policies and measures to support real estate enterprises to transform their commercial real estate into public rental housing.In this paper,taking this as the background,take Changchun as an example,explore the strategies and methods of the residence transformation of the office building,and combine the practical project to design and study the residence transformation of the office building in Changchun.The study is divided into four parts:The first part first summarizes the background of the topic,it brings out the topic of office building residence transformation,through parsing the related concepts and studies the content,purpose and significance,combining the relevant research trends at home and abroad,and finally puts forward and builds the main frame of this paper.The second part is about the theory and case analysis of residential renovation at home and abroad.On the basis of relevant domestic and foreign research theories,referring to the successful transformation cases at home and abroad,comparing the similarities and differences of transformation between home and abroad,and analyze the feasibility of the residential transformation of office buildings with different structures,then summarize the key points and key problems of office building and residential transformation problems.The third part studies the method and strategy of the residence transformation design of the office building,starting with the five aspects of planning adjustment,transformational positioning,functional zoning,technical measures and space remolding,put forward the methods and Strategies of the macrosystem level of the residence transformation in Changchun office building.The fourth part is about the design and research of the residence transformation of Changchun office building.Through the investigation of the status of the office building in Changchun,to understand the needs of the residential transformation,and take the transformation and design of Hong Wan and Wei Feng office building in Changchun as an example,and carry out detailed transformation design for its living space,public space,technical measures and outdoor environment.Put the author's theory into practice.
