With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,metro becomes the first choice of the public because of its rapidity,punctuality and large-capacity.In the metro system,signal equipment is the key equipment to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the train.The running state of the equipment is closely related to the professional quality and working attitude of the signal maintianer.In the field of safety science,the safety culture of the enterprise is defined as the sum of individual qualities and attitudes in the enterprise.At present,China is in the period of high speed development of Urban Rail Transit.From 2015 to 2017,782 km of new urban rail lines were added to 6 cities.With the construction of the new lines,the signal maintenance team is expanding rapidly,and the average age of the team is low.The experienced technician is short,and the traditional safety culture is severely impacted.How to evaluate the safety culture of signaling maintainers and to guide the safety culture to maintain at a good level is one of the urgent problems for metro operation unit.But,there is no safety culture evaluation for metro.In this thesis,starting from the meaning and characteristics of the safety culture,a safety culture evaluation model is established by means of factor analysis.And this model is improved by using Generalized Error Model System(GEMS).Then,a safety culture evaluation method for subway signalling personnel is put forward.The main work is as follows:(1)The evaluation index of safety culture at home and abroad were combed and summarized.The working characteristics and background of the metro signaling maintainer were investigated and understood.(2)A safety culture questionnaire was designed by literature review and information precipitation method.The questionnaire survey was conducted on the signaling maintainers of representative Metro Line 5 and Line 10.And an evaluation model of safety culture was set up immediately by employing factor analysis.The correctness and practicality were also verified.However,the limitations of factor analysis and this evaluation model were found.In this paper,the scheme of fusing GEMS model was determined;(3)The principle and application method of GEMS model were studied.On this basis,the dynamic analysis program was used to improve the evaluation model of safety culture obtained by the factor analysis method.Through the logical construction of five dimensions,such as safety behavior,beliefs and values,identification and safety system,learning culture and bad conditions,an improved evaluation model of safety culture was obtained.And the weighted formula for each element of the evaluation model had been put forward.Compared with the evaluation model based on factor analysis,this new evaluation model had the advantages of strong flexibility,strong analyticity and so on.(4)A new safety culture survey questionnaire was designed with the improved evaluation model of safety culture.The study on the signaling maintainers of Metro Line 5 and Line 10 was carried out again.The model was used to evaluate the present situation of the safety culture of the research objects.The safety culture characteristics of the metro signaling maintainers were extracted.The results of the model analysis showed that the signal maintenance team had shortcomings in training mode,value cultivation,repair process and fair system.In addition,the specific directions of improving the safety culture of the whole signaling maintainers were given,such as scientific training mode,management process and fairness.The method of combining GEMS with factor analysis to build an evaluation model of safety culture is also useful for other industries.
